Fine bamboo yarn for light garments

Casasol’s fine bamboo yarn Bamboo M has 4 plies, 1 mm thickness and 100 g / 300 m balls. It is worked with a 2–3 mm hook and is perfect for lace, summer tops, shawls and stoles with a fluid drape. It is 100% bamboo, fresh and breathable, with a silky feel and DETOX TO ZERO by OEKO-TEX® certified dye.

There are 20 colours, from delicate pastels (Lila, Vainilla, Celeste) to deep shades (Marino, Uva, Negro). The Komorebi Stole Kit – Bamboo M is made with this yarn. A tip: always make a swatch and block it; bamboo gains a lot of drape when dampened. If you’re after more body, there is the thicker L version.
