Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
- Order data: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and the products you buy.
- Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
- Account data, if you create an account: email, password (stored securely) and order history.
- Messages: what you send us by email or forms.
- Technical data and cookies: IP address, device and browsing information, according to your cookie choices (see our Cookie Policy).
- Newsletter, if you subscribe: we send it with Mailchimp and keep your subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email..
What we use it for
- Process and deliver your order, and give you access to digital downloads.
- Handle billing, accounting and legal obligations.
- Answer your questions and solve incidents with your order.
- Improve the Site (statistics) and, only with your consent, marketing.
Who we share it with
- WooPayments (payment processing), only what is needed to take your payment.
- Delivery and customs: the carrier and customs authorities receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
- Web hosting, email and analytics tools we use to run the Site. Our web hosting provider is Hostinger and newsletters are sent with Mailchimp.
- Tax advisers and authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
We are based in Spain and you are in the United States or Mexico, so your data is transferred across borders to serve you. We only share what is needed to serve you, with the providers listed in this policy.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to manage your order and then for the periods required by tax and accounting rules and to handle possible claims: in Spain, generally between 4 and 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@lanamalacrochet.com. If the law of your state or country gives you additional rights, we will respect them. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (www.aepd.es).
Children
The Site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
