Worked from the Komorebi Leaf motif, this stole combines delicate openwork that catches the light with more understated sections, creating a beautiful balance between rhythm and serenity. It is a dynamic project: engaging and entertaining at the beginning, meditative through the middle, and creative towards the end.

Versatile and timeless, you can adapt it to any season by choosing the yarn that inspires you most — from warm wool blends to lightweight fibres such as bamboo.

TEXTURE & TECHNIQUE

The Komorebi Stole features a special and innovative crochet technique used to create its distinctive interwoven leaf texture. The leaves are worked using short rows and stitches of different heights, working exclusively through the back loop only (BLO).

This technique will help you grow as a crocheter and take your skills to the next level.

THE KIT INCLUDES

• 400 g (4 balls) of Casasol Angora yarn, enough to crochet a stole approximately 57 cm wide × 150 cm long (22.5 × 59 inches).
  The finished stole is not included. You can choose the colour of your kit from the available options. The colour shown in the photographs is Sapphire.

ABOUT ANGORA YARN

A natural, renewable and biodegradable fibre obtained from the combing and shearing of Angora rabbits, Angora is one of the finest and softest natural fibres in the world.

It is known for its silky feel, exceptional lightness and excellent warmth.

When crocheted, it creates a characteristic soft and airy halo, giving garments an elegant and delicate finish.
